The Belgium ETF (EWK) is on SALE !Why ?
I live here, and here are a few basic stats ;
1) The government saved the banks.
2) The real economy works just fine
3) Real Estate prices did NOT fall !
4) Exports are doing very well (with a strong Euro)
No one lost their jobs .....
If time is on your side ; buy and hold

I hope you are right. I bought at $28, a 52-week high, and have seen it fall to the present level. Congratulations to the people who will buy in now, but I think it will take some to rebound.
